The collaboration between international dance film festivals and the guest visits of curated screenings have been an important part of Loikka’s festival programme as well as the distribution of Finnish dance films. This collaboration has a significant role specifically in distributing and promoting dance film.
This year Loikka has invited its European collaborators to send out suggestions of films from their own national programme in order to compose a collaborative screening. Making a Difference will present glimpses of the programme from the Spanish Choreoscope, Greek Athens Video Dance Project, Irish LightMoves and the German Pool festivals.
The films of the screening will be specified and announced later.
